Classic, London Dry Style Gins - Perfectly paired with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water

COPPERHEAD GIN - Plenty of citrus on the nose with citrus and a warming touch of spicy cardamon on the palate. Juniper lingers on the finish. Garnished with an orange peel.

NELSON'S RHUBARB & CUSTARD GIN - Infused with sweet rhubarb essence and Madagascan vanilla to bring out the custard flavour. Garnished with lemon.

Fresh & Floral Gins - Perfectly paired with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water

BOË VIOLET GIN - The addition of violets creates a stylish gin with a light, delicate taste and beautiful colour and aroma. Garnished with blackberries.

GORDON'S PINK GIN - The natural sweetness of raspberries and strawberries balance with the tang of redcurrant, served up in a unique blushing tone. Garnished with mint.

SILENT POOL GIN - Rich, clean juniper-led spirit with floral layers of lavender and chamomile. Garnished with mint and lime.

TANQUERAY RANGPUR GIN - Rangpur lime is more like a lemon crossed with a mandarin. This is a soft, New Western style gin that is perfect for something fruitier. Garnished with cucumber and mint.

WARNERS ELDERFLOWER GIN - Sweet notes of elderflower are gently enhanced with a crisp juniper hit. Garnished with lime.

SIPSMITH V.J.O.P GIN - Very Junipery Over Proof. Exactly what it says it is. Garnished with a lemon wedge.

COPPERHEAD GIBSON EDITION - A new category of savour gin, with five original Copperhead botanicals of juniper, coriander seed, cardamom, angelica, and orange peel, with 14 pickling spices. Garnished with lime.

THE BOUTIQUE-Y GIN COMPANY - SPIT ROASTED PINEAPPLE - Authentic pineapple sweetness, with waves of sharp citrus and slightly earthy juniper. Sugar caramelising in a pan with a stick of cinnamon. Garnished with a stick of ginger.

WARNERS RHUBARB GIN - A big hit of rhubarb, soft citrus, pecans and caramel. This could easily be a sipping gin served ice cold. Garnished with rhubarb.

BATH TUB GIN - Botanicals are infused in a high quality pot-distilled grain spirit, lending a tint to the final spirit which is clean, fresh and packed with flavour. Garnished with an orange peel.

BOË PASSION GIN - Fresh passion fruit and bright orange sit alongside classic, herbaceous botanicals. Garnished with a slice of orange.

CHASE PINK GRAPEFRUIT GIN - Sweet and citric with a bitter almond finish. Garnished with a slice of pink grapefruit.

MALFY CON LIMONE GIN - Very citrus forward and fresh, with touches of woody juniper and authentic lemon. Garnished with a lemon wedge.

MALFY ROSA GIN - Juicy fresh grapefruit, grown in citrus groves on the Mediterranean coast, with a rich long juniper finish. Garnished with pink grapefruit zest.

MERMAID GIN - An infusion of juniper berries and rock samphire to capture the true Island spirit. Garnished with a slice of lemon.

MONKEY 47 - 47 botanicals make for an unrivalled complexity. Crisp with a sweet floral aroma. Garnished with grapefruit zest.

NO.3 LONDON DRY GIN - A bold gin with juniper at the heart, citrus notes and warming cardamom. Garnished with lemon.

PUERTO DE INDIAS STRAWBERRY GIN - With a delicate touch of liquorice this gin offers intense aromas of strawberry and juniper, combined with subtle citrus notes. Garnished with lemon or a lime peel.

SIPSMITH LEMON DRIZZLE - A naturally sweet and lightly citrus gin. Garnished with a lemon wedge.

TANQUERAY No.TEN GIN - Named after the "Tiny Ten" still, camomile flowers and fresh citrus fruits are added to the original Tanqueray recipe. Garnished with a slice of pink grapefruit.

TITANIC PLUM GIN - Teamed with select botanicals and sweet plums to create a smooth and rich finish. Garnished with sliced plum.

ZEALOTS HEART GIN - Punchy juniper, a whiff of citrus zest and lightly floral in taste. Garnished with a slice of lemon.
